These terms govern your use of piyavelabs.com. They do not govern any engagement between PIYAVE Labs and a client — that is covered by the signed agreement for that work, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

What this site is

This website describes what PIYAVE Labs does and how to reach us. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contractual commitment. Descriptions of services set out how we normally work; the scope, price, timeline and obligations for any actual project are established in a written proposal and agreement.

Accuracy of what we publish

We publish figures only where we can show their source and the date they were measured, and case studies only where the client has approved the content in writing. Where a figure appears, it describes a specific engagement under specific conditions. It is evidence of what we have done, not a prediction of what your project will achieve, and we do not present it as one.

Descriptions of technology, methods and timescales reflect our practice at the time of writing. We update them when the practice changes, but pages may be out of date between changes.

Using this site

You may read, link to, quote and share this site’s pages. You may not use it to distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, place disproportionate automated load on it, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

When you submit the contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us. Do not send confidential information, personal data belonging to other people, or anything covered by a non-disclosure agreement through this form — it is not a secure channel for that. We will arrange one if the conversation needs it.

Intellectual property

The text, diagrams, design system and code of this website are owned by PIYAVE Labs. The PIYAVE Labs name, the chevron and layer-stack mark, and the wordmark are our trade marks and may not be used to represent or imply an association with us without written permission.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce the site’s design, republish substantial portions of its text, or present its content as your own.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation’s site, we do so because the material is relevant. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. We take reasonable care over its accuracy and availability but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.

To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here in the absence of a written agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PIYAVE Labs is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
