We do not resell or implement third-party ERP licences. If a packaged product genuinely fits your operation better than a built system, we will say so — and we will not be the ones to configure it.
Asked before you ask
No, and we would advise against it. We usually take the single worst domain first — the one generating the most manual reconciliation — and make it correct. The rest follows once the model has proved itself against real operations.
A single-domain replacement is typically a three to six month engagement; a full multi-site ERP is longer and we quote it as a range with the assumptions stated. Anyone giving you a single date before seeing your data is guessing.
Reconciliation. The old system and the new one disagree on historic records, and the disagreement is discovered late. We front-load it: the reconciliation report exists before cutover, not after.
