Most requests arrive as a feature and turn out to be a data-model problem. Before anything is built we map what writes to what, where the same fact is stored twice, and which process depends on a step nobody documented. That map is the deliverable of the first engagement, and you keep it whether or not we build the system.

A model earns its place by removing a measurable amount of manual work — reading documents, matching records, classifying exceptions. Every model we ship carries an evaluation set, a confidence threshold and a human-review route, because a prediction nobody can check is a liability rather than a feature.

What we build is handed over whole

The system arrives with its architecture notes, its runbooks, its deployment path and its rollback path. Your team can operate and extend it without us, and the contract says so. If you later choose to move the work in-house, that is a successful outcome rather than a lost account.
